What Others Say:
"Here at the Children's Hospital of New York we are enrolling children with acute abdominal pain in a pilot study to analyze their serum for several new biomarkers for appendicitis. Through the CRR, I have had access to a clinical research coordinator. His work on my project has been invaluable. He has helped to design the database we use for data entry, assists with patient recruitment, performs telephone follow-up calls, and assists with data transfer to our data warehouse. This collaboration has improved the overall quality of the study and also afforded me the opportunity to begin related research projects and apply for further funding.”
