Overview
The Irving Institute’s state‐of‐the‐art educational center was made possible by a generous donation from its long‐time benefactors, Herbert and Florence Irving. Available facilities include:
Resource Room PH10‐405AB
Capacity of combined space: 66 people
A/V equipment: Computer at podium with touch screen, VGA and HDMI connection, in-ceiling microphone and speakers, dual cameras in front and rear of room, and two projection screens . Instructions on how to use our system will be provided upon booking. A/V support may also be requested.
Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm weekdays. For any meetings outside of these hours please consult with administrative staff.
Conference Room PH10‐402C
Capacity: 10 people
A/V equipment: Computer that projects to Television and Desktop Owl Camera. Instructions on how to use our system will be provided upon booking. A/V support may also be requested.
Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm weekdays. For any meetings outside of these hours please consult with administrative staff.
Eligibility
This conference room is available for colleagues conducting healthcare, business-related, and academic meetings only.
Cost
There is a fee to use the space for external users and for business purposes other than research, education, and career development. We are unable to charge any grant accounts.
- Room Rate: $325/hour (effective January 2, 2024)
- This fee is for all External Users and includes: room fees, A/V usage, booking fees, room access coordination, as applicable)
- Cancellation Fee: $150 (if canceled less than (3) days prior to the scheduled meeting)
- Clean‐Up Fee: $250 (if room is not left in its original condition or chairs are not put back)
