Collaborative and Multidisciplinary Pilot Research – Integrating Special Populations Pilot Awardees
The Collaborative and Multidisciplinary Pilot Research - Integrating Special Populations (CaMPR-ISP) Pilot Award program focuses on the innovative assembly of new teams to gather preliminary data to address unresolved clinical, translational and public health problems with novel approaches informed by interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary collaboration. In 2019, the Irving Institute expanded the CaMPR program to include Integrating Special Populations (ISP). The CaMPR-ISP pilot awards support the formation of newly-configured investigative teams aimed at studying diseases across the lifespan and utilizing rare diseases as tools to study more common ones at Columbia University and within the community.
