This service is provided by Biostatistics, Epidemiology, and Research Design (BERD) in collaboration with the Department of Biostatistics.
Overview
A collection of web-based applications for data visualizations and adaptive clinical trial design and conduct. The data visualization apps allow users to upload data to create publication and presentation quality graphics with flexible export options, while the trial and conduct apps allow users to assign the next dose or determine the maximum tolerated dose. All apps contain a detailed description of the data and formatting requirements, as well as an example dataset.
